East Shore Renovation

This extensive remodel left next to nothing of the original property. Lake facing windows were made larger, an interior pool was removed, a new roof was added and the painted exterior was stripped to a natural finish. Interior was completely reconfigured. The finished home includes a four-sided fireplace, home theater, billiard room, gym, sauna, library and outdoor hot tub.  Beach house features separate kitchen, Murphy bed, TV and shades that fully enclose the room for overnight use and outdoor shower. Separate standing guest house also remodeled.
