Cedar Crest Cottages
Overlooking Lake Tahoe’s West Shore, this small commercial project involved substantially renovating nine rundown cabins, originally a hunter’s lodge established in the early 1930’s, to modern, comfortable cabins suitable for vacation rentals. Beyond structural repairs, each cabin was given its own color scheme. Custom cabinets, quartz countertops, engineered flooring, natural wood handrails and most furniture pieces were all crafted in-house. The surrounding property was graded to create several stepped levels with stone retaining walls. A custom stone patio with a fire pit was set in the center of the freshly landscaped property.
